  • *LAKE is looking for a Head of eCommerce to lead our digital flagship and drive its growth.*
  • *This is a revenue-focused role. We are a digitally native brand, and LAKE.com is where most clients meet us. The person in this seat owns the number and everything that moves it: site development, merchandising, UX, and the experience end to end, from the first page she lands on to the moment her order arrives.*
  • *It is also a builder’s role. We believe the best digital teams treat innovation as a discipline rather than a novelty, testing constantly, adopting new technology early when it serves her, and holding every idea to the same commercial standard. You will build that culture and lead it.*
  • *We approach the experience from an omnichannel perspective. Our stores and our site are one brand to her, and we are building toward a commercial organization where every sales channel is held to the same standard. The right leader will see that ambition and grow with it.*
  • **WHO YOU ARE**
  • A commercial leader who reads a site the way a great merchant reads a floor, and who measures every decision against the revenue it drives
  • A builder of teams where innovation is the operating norm, who creates the conditions for testing, iteration, and debate
  • A product thinker who holds the whole experience in one view, from information architecture to checkout to the unboxing, and refuses to let any step feel unconsidered
  • Fluent in the numbers and obsessed with the details, equally at home in a sales meeting and a design review
  • A collaborator who earns trust across functions rather than competes with them
  • Someone with taste and judgment, who knows that in a premium brand how a thing looks and feels carries as much weight as what it does
  • **WHAT YOU’LL DO**
  • Own LAKE.com revenue and performance, leading day-to-day site performance across merchandising, content, launches, promotions, and testing to deliver revenue, conversion, and engagement goals
  • Lead all site development, UX, and digital experience, owning the LAKE.com roadmap and treating the site as the brand’s digital flagship
  • Build and lead a high-performing, empowered team with a culture of experimentation, adopting emerging technology early where it improves her experience or the economics of the business
  • Lead go-to-market for the channel, translating product collections and seasonal moments into experiences worthy of them
  • Deliver a frictionless, harmonious experience across channels, partnering closely with Retail and Operations so that onsite and post-purchase feel like one brand
  • Lead Client Services to provide an exceptional, hospitality-driven experience, cultivating the client relationships that matter most
  • Own the strategic vision for the eCommerce and Client Services technology ecosystem, and keep the brand ahead of evolving standards in accessibility and privacy
  • Turn what the data tells us into action, delivering insight to cross-functional partners that sharpens the assortment and the experience
  • Ensure ADA and privacy compliance, providing thought leadership as standards, regulations, and best practices evolve
  • **WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
  • 15+ years leading a high-volume, high-growth DTC eCommerce business, with direct ownership of revenue and a record of beating the plan
  • Experience leading site development, UX, and digital product teams from roadmap through delivery
  • A disciplined test-and-learn practice and a demonstrated instinct for emerging technology, adopted for her benefit rather than for its own sake
  • Experience with Shopify Plus and fluency with Google Analytics, including managing GTM configurations and events
  • Luxury or premium brand experience, with a strong sense for hospitality and gifting
  • Omnichannel fluency, with a clear view of how digital and retail reinforce one another
  • Experience leading a team with a diverse set of levels and responsibilities, and the ambition to lead a broader commercial scope over time
