Junior eCommerce & Digital Performance Executive (Full Time

• At Premier Storage & Office Solutions, we're looking for a hands-on individual to take ownership of our websites, digital performance, and internal systems.
• This is not a typical marketing assistant role.
• You'll play a key role in improving website performance, increasing campaign ROI, enhancing customer experience, and supporting digital growth across multiple platforms and brands.
• The Role
• You'll work across a portfolio of B2B websites, including:
• Aero Commerce
• WordPress / WooCommerce
• Shopify
• Alongside supporting and managing:
• Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns
• CRM and automation workflows within Zoho
• Product data management and website administration
• Digital performance reporting and analysis
• What You'll Be Doing
• Managing and improving eCommerce website performance and conversion rates
• Running and optimising paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on ROI
• Improving website speed, functionality, and user experience
• Uploading and managing products, pricing, specifications, and structured data
• Creating and launching supplier-led promotions and marketing campaigns
• Working closely with the sales team through Zoho CRM
• Supporting automation projects and system improvements across the business
• Leveraging modern technologies, including AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve efficiency, productivity, and business processes
• Analysing website, campaign, and sales data to identify growth opportunities
• What We're Looking For
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Aero Commerce, or similar
• Understanding of conversion optimisation, digital performance, and revenue growth
• Experience managing or supporting Google Ads campaigns
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, imports, and exports
• Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho experience would be advantageous)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• A hands-on mindset with the confidence to implement changes independently
• This Role May Not Be Suitable If
• Your experience is primarily focused on graphic design, social media management, or content creation
• You are looking for a purely creative or design-based role rather than a commercially focused digital position
• You rely heavily on agencies or developers to implement changes
• You have little experience working with data, websites, eCommerce platforms, or paid advertising
• You cannot demonstrate how your work has contributed to business performance or revenue growth
