We serve both B2B and B2C customers and manage nationwide operations through online sales platforms, direct customer engagement, and efficient order fulfilment services.
- As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible Junior Executive to support our daily eCommerce and operational activities while maintaining professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal team members.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounts & Administration**
- Create and manage invoices accurately
- Assist with accounts and purchase bill processing
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- **Inventory & Order Management**
- Maintain inventory and stock records
- Track Shopify orders and coordinate supplier purchases
- Book deliveries and monitor shipment updates
- Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment
- **eCommerce Management**
- Upload and manage products on Shopify
- Update product descriptions, pricing, and product information
- Conduct product price analysis and competitor research
- Identify market trends and pricing opportunities
- **Customer Support & Marketplace Management**
- Handle customer communication via email professionally
- Manage Facebook Marketplace listings and activities
- Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook and other online platforms
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- **Operations Support**
- Support daily B2B and B2C operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain clear communication with suppliers, customers, and team members
- **Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience may also be considered
- **Experience**
- Previous experience working with Australian or international businesses is preferred
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify
- Knowledge of Facebook Marketplace and online selling platforms
- Experience in inventory, accounts, or operational support is an advantage
- **Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Office applications
- Familiarity with accounting and invoicing processes
- Experience with Shopify product management and order processing
- Ability to perform market research and pricing analysis
- **Soft Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
