  • **About the Role**
  • We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own customer journey and retention strategy across our portfolio of DTC and digital health brands. You live and breathe Klaviyo, design clean email in Figma utilizing email best practices, and run your projects with the kind of organization that makes everything else easier.
  • This is a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time.
  • **What You'll Do**
  • Design and optimize full-funnel lifecycle programs in Klaviyo — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and reactivation flows.
  • Build email and SMS strategies that nurture leads, increase repeat purchases, and improve

  • Design email templates and campaign assets in Figma that align with each brand's voice and visual system.
  • Segment audiences using behavioral and transactional data to deliver personalized messages that convert.
  • Analyze campaign performance to inform strategy — improving open rates, CTR, and conversion over time.
  • Manage lifecycle projects end-to-end: timelines, briefs, QA, launches, and reporting across multiple brands.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on copy, visuals, and offers.
  • Stay ahead of DTC and ecommerce trends, testing new tactics, automations, and Klaviyo features.
  • **What You Bring**
  • 3+ years in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing in ecommerce or DTC environments.
  • Deep, hands-on Klaviyo expertise — flow setup, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Working proficiency in Figma — comfortable designing email templates and adapting brand systems.
  • Strong project management instincts: organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple brands without things slipping.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong design sensibility.
  • Passion for digital health, wellness, and scaling meaningful consumer brands.
