  • The Ecommerce & Marketplace Key Account Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the
  • **Direct-to-Business (D2B), marketplaces, pureplay and ecommerce channels across Europe**
  • including Amazon and key B2B professional customers.
  • This role leads the
  • **end-to-end development of the B2B and marketplace ecosystem**
  • including commercial strategy, innovation, partnerships, and P&L ownership. The associate is accountable for expanding the
  • **personalized M&M’S offering for corporate, promotional and retail partners**
  • while unlocking digital growth through strong ecommerce fundamentals, perfect digital store execution, and strategic account management.
  • Key KPIs include
  • **Net Sales Value (NSV), revenue growth, profitability, new client acquisition, repeat business growth, and marketplace performance.**
  • **What are we looking for?**
  • 5+ years experience in Ecommerce, Digital Sales, Marketplace management or Business Development
  • Experience managing Amazon, marketplaces or digital retail channels (preferred)
  • Experience in B2B commercial development or key account management (preferred)
  • Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities
  • Ecommerce and digital marketplace expertise
  • P&L management and financial acumen
  • Strategic thinking and innovation mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
  • **What will be your key responsibilities?**
  • Drive Growth of B2B, Marketplaces and Pureplay Ecommerce
  • Lead the commercial development of the D2B, Amazon pureplay and B2B ecommerce businesses across Europe.
  • Own the end-to-end P&L of the marketplaces and B2B businesses, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Identify and unlock new digital growth opportunities across marketplaces, pureplay retailers and professional customers.
  • Track and optimize Perfect Digital Store fundamentals across ecommerce platforms (content, visibility, conversion, ratings, availability).
  • Develop Strategic Marketplace & Key Account Partnerships
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key digital customers and strategic partners.
  • Manage negotiations, commercial terms, and joint business planning with marketplaces and B2B partners.
  • Develop and grow partnerships with top retailers and experiential brands through personalized M&M’S offerings (e.g., Disneyland Paris collaborations).
  • Identify and onboard new strategic accounts to expand the M&M’S ecosystem.
  • Expand the Professional B2B Business
  • Drive multi-channel expansion with professional customers across Europe.
  • Develop and manage the corporate and promotional product range, including:
  • Personalized M&M’S products
  • Custom corporate gifts and branded goodies
  • End-of-year gifting programs
  • Bespoke corporate offerings
  • Manage the B2B e-commerce experience via MMS.com/business, enabling autonomous purchasing and tailored corporate solutions.
  • Manage the B2B Sales Ecosystem
  • Manage the B2B Consumer Care call center, including:
  • Setting revenue and performance targets
  • Supervising KPIs and service performance
  • Leading the work of dedicated multilingual B2B sales agents
  • Oversee the distributor and reseller network, including:
  • Contract negotiation
  • Commercial partnerships
  • Distribution and co-packing agreements
  • Drop-shipping partnerships
  • Lead Innovation & Business Expansion
  • Lead and support innovation initiatives that unlock new growth opportunities across B2B and marketplace channels.
  • Develop new product formats and personalized solutions for professional customers.
  • Identify emerging trends in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise and digital commerce.
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to bring new concepts to market.
  • Business Development & Industry Presence
  • Generate new business through lead generation, prospecting and relationship building.
  • Organize and attend key B2B industry trade shows and commercial events to drive awareness and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers and partners.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track opportunities and customer engagement.
