We are seeking a Manual QA Tester with strong ecommerce testing experience to support regression testing activities across a large ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manual testing, browsing/user flow validation, Jira, and Zephyr, along with familiarity with automation concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Execute manual regression testing across ecommerce applications
Validate browsing and customer journey experiences
Execute and maintain manual test scripts
Log, track, and manage defects using Jira and Zephyr
Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve issues
Support automation enhancement initiatives by understanding existing automation frameworks
Validate end-to-end ecommerce workflows and platform functionality
Requirements
Strong manual QA testing experience
Heavy regression testing experience
Ecommerce platform testing experience
Experience with Jira and Zephyr
Understanding of automation testing concepts
Strong attention to detail and defect tracking skills
Nice-to-Have
HCL Commerce experience
End-to-end ecommerce testing experience
