- We’re looking for Marketing Operator (Ecommerce)
- who can help grow and optimize e-commerce offers from ads to funnel to conversion to revenue.
- This role is for someone who understands how to turn paid traffic into customers, improve offer performance, increase AOV, optimize funnels, and support profitable growth.

- You should also be comfortable using
- **AI ad creation tools and workflows**
- to speed up creative testing, generate ad angles, improve copy, support image/video ad production, and help the team launch more tests faster.
- If you understand direct-response marketing, Shopify, Funnelish, paid traffic, AI-assisted creative production, and conversion optimization, this role is for you.
- **Compensation:**
- base pay + performance bonus, with potential equity discussions if you prove you can deliver.
- **What You'll Be Doing**
- Build and manage subscription funnels end to end.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, primarily focused on cold traffic to subscription offers
- Analyze campaign data and funnel metrics (CAC, AOV, ROAS, take rate, MRR, cost per sub) and make decisions based on what the numbers are telling you
- Write ad concepts and creative briefs, including hooks, angles, formats, and production direction
- Use AI tools to speed up creative production, research, and testing
- Set up and QA tracking, pixels, and attribution
- Work inside Funnelish and Shopify daily
- **What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience running paid traffic to e-commerce or subscription funnels (this is not an entry-level role)
- Strong working knowledge of Funnelish and Shopify
- You understand funnel economics.
- You can read a spreadsheet of campaign data and immediately know what to dig into.
- Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript when needed
- You work well without supervision and you don't need someone to tell you what to prioritize
- You use AI tools as part of your workflow, not as a replacement for thinking
