  • babybub is a fast-growing DTC brand in the pregnancy and maternity space (babybub.com). We're hiring a Marketing Project Manager to become the connective tissue of our marketing engine.
  • You'll own the launch calendar, and build the SOPs that keep creative, paid, CRO, email, and creator pipelines shipping on time. Direct access to our marketing co-founder, a real mandate to build the operating playbook, and deep exposure to how a fast-growing DTC brand actually runs.
  • What you'll own
  • Marketing launch orchestration from kickoff to full rollout
  • Creative production pipeline (briefs, review cycles, approvals)
  • Creator and UGC coordination (samples, briefs, payments, ingestion)
  • CRO QA discipline with our CRO specialist
  • PDP and web build QA with our web dev contractor
  • Email, paid media, and reporting cadence with our agency partners
  • First 90 days you'll ship: launch playbook, CRO QA checklist, creator payment SOP, vendor report cadence, creative brief workflow.
  • You have
  • 2-4 years of PM, marketing ops, or growth ops at a DTC brand, growth agency, or fast-moving ecommerce/SaaS company
  • Real DTC marketing literacy (creative briefs, email flows, ads readiness, CRO QA)
  • Built an Asana workspace from scratch at a prior role
  • Daily Claude or GPT use with at least one AI workflow you can show us
  • The spine to chase vendors without founder backup
  • Calm in founder-led chaos
  • You're not
  • A pure ops, logistics, or product PM (we have that covered)
  • A Chief of Staff, enterprise survivor, career EA, or side agency owner
  • Under 2 years of experience
  • Location: Remote within Asia-Pacific. You'll overlap with Hong Kong business hours (GMT+8). Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia all work.
  • Comp: Generous base salary plus heavy performance bonuses (we're a bonus heavy company). 90-day probation.
