  • We're not looking for a simple media buyer... someone who logs into the account, moves budgets around, and waits on a designer for creative.
  • We're looking for a marketer who controls the whole thing.
  • You set the targeting and the campaign architecture.
  • You build the creative.
  • You have real opinions about the landing page and you push to change it when it's the bottleneck.
  • You understand what happens after the click — the form, the follow-up, the CRM, the sale — because that's where most accounts actually break.
  • If the ad account is the only lever you know how to pull, this isn't the role.
  • If you've ever fixed an account by rewriting the landing page instead of touching a bid, we should talk.
  • This is a contract role, but not a vendor relationship. You're in our Slack daily, in our syncs, working inside our systems, with our creative tooling and build team behind you.
  • It's the media buyer seat on our team, filled by a freelancer.
  • **About Bookedly:**
  • we build and run paid acquisition for home services contractors, real estate businesses, law firms, and e-commerce brands across the US and Canada.
  • **Verticals :**
  • **Home services**
  • — roofing and kitchen remodeling first, plus concrete, flooring, windows and doors, bath, siding
  • **Real estate**
  • — Florida and New York, buyer and seller side, under Meta's Housing special ad category
  • **Legal**
  • — consultation-driven, compliance-heavy
  • **E-commerce / DTC**
  • — brands where you own ROAS, blended CAC, and contribution margin
  • ***What You'll Own:***
  • **The creative.**
  • You write the hooks and build the assets yourself, multiple times a week. We provide tooling and design support; the engine is yours.
  • **Targeting and structure.**
  • Campaign architecture, geo strategy, audience setup, budget pacing, scale and kill decisions.
  • **The landing page and funnel.**
  • You diagnose the conversion path and drive the changes, in partnership with our build team.
  • **The number.**
  • Cost per booked appointment on lead gen, ROAS and CAC on e-commerce. When it slips, you diagnose and fix it — you don't wait to be asked.
  • **Both channels.**
  • Meta carries the spend, but Google Search, Shopping, PMax and LSAs matter.
  • ***What You Need***
  • 3+ years buying paid media with
  • **real experience in both lead generation and e-commerce**
  • Hands-on with
  • **both Meta and Google**
  • $2K–$30K/month per account — local lead gen means single metro or zip clusters, which is a different discipline than national scale
  • **GoHighLevel**
  • for our lead gen accounts — forms, pipelines, workflows, webhooks. You don't have to build it, but you have to read it and find where leads are dying.
  • Shopify and a real grasp of e-comm economics — AOV, contribution margin, blended vs in-platform CAC
  • CAPI, offline conversions, feeding appointments and closed deals back into the platforms
  • You know your downstream numbers — lead-to-appointment rate, show rate, cost per sold job on lead gen; contribution margin and repeat rate on e-comm. In-platform ROAS alone isn't a track record.
  • You produce your own creative
  • *We're building something. We need someone who wants to build it with us, not just run the ads.*
  • *If that's you, show us your work.*
