- **The Role**
- We are hiring a Paid Growth & SEO Associate / Manager to run, test, optimize, and scale paid acquisition and search visibility across our digital growth channels.
- This is an in-person, full-time role in our Dallas office for an early to mid-career marketer with strong paid media experience, SEO management ability, analytical strength, AI fluency, and the hunger to grow quickly inside a high-performance organization.
- This person’s full-time job will be driving growth across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter, YouTube, Walmart.com, Walmart Connect, SEO, AI search, and other paid and organic search channels.
- This is not a “check the box” marketing role. This is for someone who wants to launch, test, learn, optimize, and scale every day.
- We want someone who can move fast, think clearly, use data, use AI, take ownership, and burn the midnight oil when needed. The right person is a doer — someone who is available, accountable, responsive, and obsessed with performance.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- **Paid Media Execution**
- \* Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, X/Twitter, YouTube, Walmart.com / Walmart Connect, and other emerging paid channels
- \* Manage campaigns across acquisition, retargeting, subscription, bundles, product-specific funnels, creator/UGC ads, and retail-support campaigns
- \* Monitor daily spend, CAC, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin
- \* Scale winners quickly and cut underperforming campaigns without waiting for long corporate approval cycles
- \* Support paid campaigns for DTC, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, Walgreens, HEB, product launches, and retail/ecommerce moments
- **SEO & Search Growth**
- \* Own day-to-day SEO management across technical SEO, content SEO, product pages, blogs, landing pages, and search-driven conversion
- \* Improve organic visibility for resbiotic® product categories including lung health, metabolic health, GLP-1 support, gut health, prebiotics, women’s health, and microbiome science
- \* Coordinate keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, schema markup, metadata, and content briefs
- \* Track organic rankings, traffic, conversion, and revenue impact from SEO initiatives
- \* Work with internal and external partners to improve site health, page speed, indexing, structured data, and search performance
- \* Support AI search / GEO visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and other emerging discovery platforms
- \* Turn clinical and scientific content into search-optimized, consumer-friendly content that can rank, educate, and convert
- **Daily Testing & Launch Rhythm**
- \* Launch and test new campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, hooks, landing pages, offers, bundles, SEO pages, and product angles on a frequent basis
- \* Help build a high-velocity testing engine where new ads, landing pages, and search experiments are going live every week, and often daily
- \* Track what is being tested, what is winning, what is failing, and what should be scaled or killed
- \* Turn paid media and SEO learnings into practical recommendations for creative, website, email, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, and retail support
- \* Bring a bias for action: test fast, learn fast, improve fast
- **Creative Testing & Performance**
- \* Develop and manage structured creative testing across hooks, claims, formats, offers, audiences, search intent, and product angles
- \* Partner with creative, content, UGC creators, influencers, and internal team members to generate new paid ad and SEO content concepts
- \* Analyze creative and content performance and translate data into better briefs
- \* Help build a fast-moving testing engine across static ads, UGC, founder-led content, educational content, product demos, testimonials, landing pages, blogs, and retail callouts
- \* Understand not only which ads and pages work, but why they work
- **DTC, TikTok Shop & Walmart.com Growth**
- \* Support growth across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com, and digital retail channels
- \* Drive traffic to product pages, bundles, subscription offers, landing pages, SEO content, and retail product listings
- \* Coordinate paid and search campaigns around product launches, retail moments, promotions, creator/affiliate activations, and seasonal opportunities
- \* Treat Walmart.com and retail digital channels as major growth opportunities, not side projects
- **AI-Enabled Marketing**
- \* Use both internal AI systems and external AI tools to accelerate marketing execution
- \* Use AI daily for ad copy, creative variations, SEO briefs, keyword research, campaign analysis, competitive research, audience insights, reporting, landing page testing, and performance summaries
- \* Work with internal AI resources to build repeatable workflows that make the marketing function faster and more efficient
- \* Identify ways to use AI to increase creative velocity, improve targeting, accelerate SEO, reduce manual work, and uncover new growth opportunities
- \* Stay current on new AI tools and bring practical ideas to the team
- \* Help make resbiotic® an AI-first growth organization
- **Analytics & Reporting**
- \* Build clear daily and weekly reporting around paid media and SEO performance
- \* Use tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Reddit Ads, Walmart Connect, Shopify, Triple Whale, Daasity, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms
- \* Translate campaign, search, and site data into clear next steps
- \* Understand not only what happened, but why it happened and what should happen next
- \* Maintain strong analytical discipline around CAC, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, retention, and channel-level performance
- **Ideal Candidate**

- \* An early to mid-career paid growth / SEO operator with approximately 2–6+ years of experience and want fast career growth
- \* Experienced running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and ideally Reddit, X/Twitter, YouTube, Walmart.com / Walmart Connect, or other retail media platforms
- \* Experienced managing SEO projects across content, technical SEO, keyword strategy, landing pages, and organic growth
- \* Strong analytically and comfortable making daily optimization decisions

- \* Creative enough to understand why ads and search pages work, not just how to push buttons inside platforms
