- We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our in-house digital team on the Gold Coast. If you live and breathe paid social, love diving into performance data, and want to grow quickly inside a fast-moving fashion brand, this role is for you.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and Pinterest
- Monitor performance daily and weekly, making data-driven recommendations to improve results
- Run A/B tests across creative and targeting to continuously improve performance
- Optimise content and creative for search, paid social and other digital platforms
- Stay across industry trends and platform updates to identify new opportunities
- Deliver regular performance insights across sales and media to support wider business decisions
- Build reports and insights to support influencer, social, customer experience and design teams
- Work closely with the creative team to brief and source assets for paid channels
- **Skills & Experience**
- 1-2+ year experience in a paid media role (agency or fashion/ecommerce essential)
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear actions
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
