  • We're looking for a skilled and analytical
  • **Paid Media Manager**
  • to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across our three mobile food truck brands—Kona Ice, Travelin' Tom's Coffee, and Beverly Ann's Cookie Truck. In this role, you'll manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, helping drive both customer event bookings and franchise development while ensuring campaigns are performing efficiently and effectively.
  • Working closely with the Director of Performance Marketing, you'll bring paid media strategies to life through thoughtful campaign execution, ongoing optimization, testing, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of digital advertising, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • **Primary Responsibilities:**
  • **Paid Media Campaign Management**
  • Execute paid media strategies aligned with company objectives across Google Ads, Meta, and other applicable advertising platforms.
  • Manage and optimize national paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other applicable platforms, including campaign launches, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and ongoing optimization.
  • Execute and optimize franchise development and truck sales campaigns while partnering with the Director on campaign strategy.
  • Stay current on platform updates, emerging technologies, and paid media best practices.
  • **Performance Optimization**
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, lead quality, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to validate optimization opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain organized, scalable campaign structures and ensure adherence to paid media and brand-specific best practices.
  • Recommend landing page and conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements to support campaign objectives.
  • **Analytics & Reporting**
  • Maintain accurate campaign tracking, UTMs, conversion tracking, and reporting across paid media platforms.
  • Develop and maintain recurring performance reports that communicate campaign results, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Analyze campaign data to support optimization recommendations and strategic decision-making.
  • **Cross-Team Collaboration**
  • Partner with creative, web, and marketing teams to support campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Performance Marketing Associate on paid media initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of paid media processes, documentation, and best practices to support operational consistency and scalability.
  • **Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
  • Demonstrated experience independently launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget management, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), campaign reporting, and performance analysis. Familiarity with Looker Studio (Data Studio), conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, or other reporting and analytics tools is preferred.
  • Experience planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to identify optimization opportunities. Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles is preferred.
  • Proficiency with workplace productivity, communication, and project management tools, including Google Workspace, Slack (or similar platform), and ClickUp (or similar software), is preferred.
  • **Skills:**
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across creative, web, and marketing teams.
  • **Compensation:**
  • $72,000–$82,000 annually (based on experience)
  • **Additional Information:**
  • Standard working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00
