  • We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify/Woo Commerce platforms, and performance analytics. The role requires a strong focus on lead generation, return on ad spend (ROAS), and continuous campaign optimization.

  • Create basic marketing creatives using Canva for advertisements, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports and insights.
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage product listings, promotions, and website updates on e-commerce platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • **Required Skills & Qualifications**
  • 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and E-commerce Management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • Google Ads
  • Shopify and/or Woo Commerce
  • Basic proficiency in Canva for creating marketing creatives.
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, audience targeting, and ROAS optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

  • Generate 20–30 qualified inquiries/leads per day.
