- AWEI Pakistan looking for a creative and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms. The ideal candidate should understand content strategy, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to drive leads, sales, and brand growth.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Develop performance marketing strategies focused on ROI, conversions, and scaling.
- Coordinate with the content/design team to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize results.
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and advertising policies.
- Suggest content ideas and strategies that improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor pixel/events tracking and campaign analytics.
- **Requirements**
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Campaign scaling and retargeting strategies
- Understanding of content marketing and viral content strategies.
- Ability to analyze KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
- Creative thinking with strong communication skills.
- Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns is a plus.
