  • We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer who can
  • **own paid ads end-to-end**
  • especially on Meta, and support across other channels. This role is focused on driving real outcomes — not just running campaigns.
  • **What you’ll do**
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across:
  • – Meta Ads (primary)
  • – Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads (secondary)
  • Drive performance on CPL / CPQB / conversion rates
  • Take daily optimisation decisions:
  • – Pause underperforming ads
  • – Scale winning ads
  • – Reallocate budgets efficiently
  • Monitor funnel performance (click → lead → conversion) and flag issues
  • Ensure tracking (pixel, events, UTMs) is accurate
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to:
  • – Translate performance insights into creative hypotheses
  • – Guide testing priorities (hooks, angles, formats)
  • – Identify what to scale, iterate, or stop based on data
  • **What we’re looking for**
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid ads
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads (must-have)
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads
  • Ability to analyse data and take quick, independent decisions
  • Good understanding of funnel performance and basic CRO
  • Strong sense of what works creatively (even if not creating ads)
  • Desire to learn and scale across new platforms
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Experience using AI tools/agents and design tools (e.g., for ad creation/testing) is a plus
  • **What success looks like**
  • Consistent improvement in campaign performance
  • Quick identification and reduction of wasted spend
  • Scaling of winning ads and campaigns
  • Strong ownership of numbers and outcome
