We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and Bing, driving qualified leads and maximizing ROI for our clients.
**What you’ll do:**
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and Amazon Ads.
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to improve ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Own keyword research, audience targeting, ad copies, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
Monitor budgets, campaign performance, and key metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize

Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and scaling.
Collaborate closely with Product and GTM teams to align SEM strategies with business and client goals.
Communicate campaign insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
Lead and mentor team members, ensuring strong execution and adherence to SEM best practices.
**What we’re looking for:**
3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and/or Amazon.
Strong understanding of keyword research, bid strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Proven ability to improve ROAS, lead quality, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and relevant ad platforms.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong ownership and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance creative experimentation with data-driven decision-making.
