  • **Role Overview**
  • NYON is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer growth, retention, and revenue across our owned marketing channels. This role will primarily focus on email marketing, SMS marketing, customer lifecycle programs, and conversion optimization.
  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and execution-oriented, with experience building campaigns, automations, and customer journeys that improve engagement and drive measurable business results.
  • **Responsibilities**
  • **Email & SMS Marketing**
  • Manage and execute the email and SMS marketing calendar in partnership with the marketing and creative teams.
  • Build, schedule, QA, and deploy campaigns across email and SMS channels.
  • Manage and optimize automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, browse abandonment, win-back, and loyalty journeys.
  • Develop audience segments and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor deliverability, engagement, and channel health.
  • **Analytics & Optimization**
  • Track and report on campaign performance, customer behavior, and retention metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing across messaging, offers, audiences, and automations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Build recurring reports and provide actionable recommendations to the broader marketing team.
  • **Qualifications**
  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, SMS marketing, or ecommerce marketing.

Experience with shopify and klaviyo preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience building and optimizing customer journeys and marketing automations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
