  • As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on driving measurable results, maximizing return on investment, and helping clients achieve their business objectives through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • **Performance Marketing Strategy**
  • Develop, implement, and refine performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and overall performance.
  • **PPC Campaign Management**
  • Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, manage bidding strategies, allocate budgets efficiently, and monitor campaign performance.
  • **Campaign Optimization**
  • Continuously analyze campaign data to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign profitability and effectiveness.
  • **Keyword Research & Audience Targeting**
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-converting and relevant search terms.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies to reach the right customers at the right time.
  • **Ad Creation & Copywriting**
  • Write engaging and persuasive ad copy that drives user engagement and conversions.
  • Create and optimize ad extensions and other creative assets to enhance campaign performance.
  • **Testing & Experimentation**
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and campaign settings to identify performance improvements.
  • Utilize data insights to refine and scale successful strategies.
  • **Tracking & Analytics**
  • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking and analytics systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data integrity across campaigns.
  • **Market & Competitor Research**
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Leverage competitive insights to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • **Reporting & Client Management**
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
  • Work closely with designers, developers, content creators, and other internal teams to achieve campaign goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications are highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing campaigns for both eCommerce and service-based businesses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using PPC management and analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing (SEM) principles and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
