- **About the Role**
- We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the Robert Dyas Ecommerce team on a fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will take ownership of a £5m+ annual performance marketing budget, driving growth and profitability for Robert Dyas, Ryman, and the London Graphic Centre.
- This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting, and Prospecting channels to deliver against ROI and growth targets.
- **What We Are Looking For:**
- To be successful in this role, you must have:
- **Retail Sector Experience:**
- A proven background in the retail industry, with hands-on experience selling physical products (rather than services).
- **Google Ads Expertise:**
- At least 3+ years of experience in optimising paid marketing campaigns, with deep, technical expertise in Google Ads.
- **Results-Driven Mindset:**
- A strong track record of hitting ROAS/ROI targets and an ability to adapt strategies based on performance analytics.
- **Analytical Rigour:**
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Excel, and managing product feeds to maximise visibility and click-through rates.
- **Collaboration:**
- A proactive approach to working with trading teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align paid media activity with business priorities.
