- **Camile & Stone is a fast-growing Australian jewellery brand scaling globally. We need a senior-level Paid Ads Specialist to own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of our paid media — managing a high ad spend across Meta, Google, Bing, Pinterest, Tiktok.**
- **You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing. You won't be figuring out the strategy alone — but you will be the one making it work, every single day.**
- **### What You'll Be Doing**
- **\*\*Paid Media Execution & Optimisation:\*\* Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and paid social channels to maximise ROAS and drive revenue. You'll be in the accounts daily — monitoring, adjusting and scaling.**
- **\*\*Channel Growth:\*\* Drive growth across paid advertising channels by testing new audiences, placements and platforms. Collaborate with content and creative teams to maximise reach, engagement and performance across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms like TikTok and Pinterest.**
- **\*\*Ad Copy & Creative Direction:\*\* Write and refine high-performing ad copy for paid search, shopping and social campaigns, tailoring messaging to audience segments while maintaining brand consistency. Brief the creative team on performance-led ad requirements — you know what a good hook looks like and you're regularly studying what's converting in our space.**
- **\*\*Performance Analysis & Optimisation:\*\* Analyse campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform analytics and Shopify data to identify insights and optimisation opportunities. You spot trends early and act on them before budget is wasted.**
- **\*\*Landing Page & Conversion Optimisation:\*\* Partner with our web team to review and improve campaign landing pages, enhancing user experience and conversion rates. If a landing page isn't converting, you flag it and recommend changes — you don't just watch the numbers drop.**
- **\*\*Market & Competitor Research:\*\* Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and platform updates, proactively sharing insights and recommendations to stay ahead in a fast-moving ecommerce landscape. You're regularly in Meta Ad Library and TikTok Creative Center.**
- **\*\*Reporting & Insights:\*\* Produce clear, data-backed weekly performance reports with actionable insights for the Head of Marketing, demonstrating campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.**
- **\*\*Cross-Functional Collaboration:\*\* Work closely with content, creative, customer service and operations teams to ensure campaigns are fully aligned with brand strategy, product launches, promotional calendars and business goals.**

- **### What You'll Bring to the Table**
- **\*\*Experience:\*\* 3+ years' demonstrated experience in performance marketing or a similar digital marketing role with hands-on experience running and optimising campaigns across multiple paid media channels. You've managed significant monthly ad budgets and you're comfortable making decisions with real money on the line.**
- **\*\*Platform Expertise:\*\* Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) is essential. Google Merchant Centre and Google Tag Manager experience is a strong bonus. TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads experience is a bonus.**
- **\*\*Ecommerce Knowledge:\*\* Experience working with Shopify and understanding the full ecommerce funnel from ad click to checkout. You optimise for revenue and ROAS, not just clicks and traffic.**
- **\*\*Content & Copy Skills:\*\* Proven experience crafting engaging ad copy tailored to specific platforms and audiences. You understand creative strategy and can brief a design team effectively.**
- **\*\*Analytical Mindset:\*\* Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, GA4 and platform analytics, with the ability to interpret data into clear, actionable insights. You know the difference between a vanity metric and one that drives decisions.**
- **\*\*Detail-Oriented, Proactive & Organised:\*\* High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset, ensuring campaign quality while effectively managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You catch issues before they become expensive problems.**
- **\*\*Strong Communicator:\*\* You can explain complex campaign data clearly and simply to non-marketing stakeholders. You flag issues early and present clear recommendations.**
- **\*\*Team Player:\*\* Collaborative, supportive and comfortable working cross-functionally as well as independently.**
