- **Job Summary**
- We are looking to hire a **Performance Marketing Expert** with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in **B2B performance marketing**. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in **lead generation** using **LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)**, with a data-driven mindset and deep expertise in analytics and optimization.
- Experience working with **professional services**, especially within the **finance industry**, will be considered a strong advantage.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize **B2B lead generation campaigns** across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta platforms
- Manage full-funnel performance marketing campaigns focused on **MQLs, SQLs, and ROI**
- Develop audience targeting strategies, ad creatives, landing page coordination, and A/B testing
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using **GA4, Looker Studio, Pixels, and conversion tracking tools**
- Set up and manage tracking frameworks including **Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel**, etc.
- Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates to continuously improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 3–4 years of proven experience in **performance marketing for B2B businesses**
- Strong expertise in **LinkedIn Ads** (mandatory), **Google Ads**, and **Meta Ads**
- Hands-on experience with **lead generation and funnel optimization**
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools: **GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager**
- Solid understanding of **pixels, conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- **Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working with **professional services or finance industry clients**
- Familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
