  • **Performance Media Buyer**
  • to join our team and work with growing e-commerce products where testing, creative thinking, and performance go hand in hand.
  • **What You’ll Be Doing**
  • Managing and optimizing
  • **Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce products**
  • Developing and testing new audiences, creative angles, offers, and messaging
  • Collaborating with designers on
  • **creative briefs, image and video ad concepts**
  • Analyzing campaign and creative performance to identify what drives results and what should be scaled
  • Looking beyond campaign metrics to spot opportunities across the wider funnel and improve overall performance
  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • **2+ years of hands-on Media Buying / Performance Marketing experience**
  • At least
  • **1 year of e-commerce / DTC experience**
  • Strong hands-on experience with
  • **Meta Ads**
  • including managing and optimizing meaningful advertising budgets
  • Experience working with or contributing to the growth and scaling of e-commerce products or campaigns
  • Strong understanding of how
  • **creative, campaign performance, conversion, and business results**
  • connect
  • Experience creating
  • **creative briefs, image or video ad scripts**
  • Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English
  • **Bonus Points If You:**
