We are seeking an organised, hands-on and commercially aware Procurement Coordinator & E-Commerce Operations to support purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations and online order fulfilment.

- This is not a traditional office-based procurement role. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are ordered, available and delivered to customers through both our retail and online channels. One moment you'll be coordinating stock replenishment and supplier orders, and the next you'll be overseeing online orders, managing dispatches, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.
- **What You'll Be Doing**
- 🛒 Managing stock purchasing and inventory for our retail and e-commerce operations
- 📦 Processing and fulfilling online orders from receipt through to dispatch
- 🚚 Coordinating courier collections, deliveries and order tracking
- 🏪 Supporting Click & Collect orders across our retail store network
- 📊 Maintaining accurate inventory records and operational reporting
- 🤝 Working closely with suppliers, warehouse teams and store managers to ensure excellent stock availability and customer service
- 💡 Helping develop and improve our new e-commerce fulfilment operation as it continues to grow and evolve.
- **What We're Looking For**
- ✔ Experience in procurement, inventory control, retail operations, warehouse operations, e-commerce or fulfilment
- ✔ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- ✔ A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in day-to-day operations
- ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- ✔ Confidence working with systems, stock data and reporting
- ✔ Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same.
