- We're not looking for someone to create tickets and move cards across a board. We need a
- **true owner**
- — someone who takes full responsibility for every layer of a project, from the macro vision down to the smallest detail.
You'll own the entire lifecycle
- discovery, architecture decisions, content coordination, design alignment, development handoffs, and final delivery. You coordinate across
- **all parties**
- — designers, developers, content teams, and client stakeholders — and you are the one accountable when something falls short and the one celebrated when it succeeds.
- This is a role for someone who sees every obstacle as a problem to solve, not a reason to escalate.
- **What You'll Do**
- Manage external stakeholder relationships with clear, proactive, and confident communication
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Own project architecture, data management, and content coordination — not just task delegation
- Collaborate hands-on with our development and creative teams to solve complex e-commerce challenges
- Think strategically about customer needs and work backward to find the best path forward
- Ensure the final product reflects what the client actually wants — across design, content, functionality, and business outcomes
- Own every project from discovery through delivery, from the big picture to the minor details
- **Must-Haves**
- **Fluent bilingual communication**
- — English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- **E-commerce expertise**
- — you understand the landscape and can put yourself in our clients' customers' shoes
- **Technical literacy**
- — you can speak the language of developers, understand technical constraints, and make informed architectural decisions
