  • We are a specialist paid media agency working with multi 7+figure brands and beyond. Our clients are ambitious ecommerce and Saas providers, scaling through Meta and Google, Tiktok and Pintrest. We are not a generalist agency. We are deep operators scaling growth, and every person on our team knows the space inside out.
  • We are hiring our first dedicated Account Executive to own new business development end to end. This is a career defining opportunity for someone who wants serious ownership early.
  • **The Role**
  • You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. You will identify target brands, build relationships with founders and heads of marketing, run discovery and strategy sessions, present tailored proposals, and bring new clients across the line. You will not be handed a full pipeline. You will help build one.
  • ***This is not a support role. You will hold your own number, report directly to the management team, and have a genuine voice in how we position and sell the agency.***
  • **What You Will Do**
  • Identify and prospect ecommerce brands in our target verticals (fashion, beauty, health+ weakness, homewares) with a focus on 7+ Figure brands
  • Build relationships with founders, CMOs, and heads of ecommerce through LinkedIn, events, referrals, and warm introductions
  • Run structured discovery calls that uncover a brand's paid media challenges, current ROAS, channel mix, and growth ambitions
  • Present bespoke agency proposals with clear commercial rationale and expected outcomes
  • Manage deals through negotiation and close, handling objections around price, timelines, and competitor comparisons with confidence
  • Hit a monthly new business revenue target, with full visibility of your pipeline and performance
  • Feed insights back to the leadership team on what brands are asking for, what objections come up, and how we should be evolving our offer
  • **What We Are Looking For**
  • 1 to 3 years in a sales or business development role, ideally selling digital marketing services, agency retainers, or SaaS to ecommerce or retail brands
  • You have a strong understanding of paid media, enabling you to hold a credible conversation about Meta, Google and core media metrics
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota, in early career stages
  • Comfortable running the full sales cycle independently, from first outreach to signed contract
  • Strong written and verbal communication, you write emails people reply to and run calls people look forward to
  • CRM discipline, you keep HubSpot clean and your forecast accurate

  • Experience selling to DTC or Shopify brands specifically
  • Existing network in the ecommerce or performance marketing ecosystem
