- **About The Role**
- This is a specialist Salesforce role focused on eCommerce, working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and improve online customer experiences across Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You'll help translate business requirements into scalable solutions that enhance how customers browse, purchase, and interact with Standards Australia's digital platforms.
- The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, combining stakeholder engagement, solution design, Salesforce configuration, and eCommerce optimisation. You'll be responsible for improving online storefronts, product catalogues, pricing, promotions, customer journeys, and checkout experiences, while ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, and easy to use.
- What you’ll do
- You'll work across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and the wider Salesforce ecosystem, collaborating with teams responsible for CRM, revenue management, payments, ordering, and other connected business systems.
- While this isn't a development-heavy position, you'll need a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and enough technical capability to troubleshoot issues, interpret debug logs, understand Apex code, and work effectively with technical teams.
- You will bring
- Strong background in Commerce Cloud, online storefronts, product catalogues, checkout flows, pricing, promotions, digital customer journeys, and revenue lifecycle processes. Primarily focused on driving online sales, customer experience, and eCommerce performance.
