- The SEM & Paid Media Manager will own and optimize Selkirk Sport’s paid digital advertising across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms, with a focus on Malaysia while supporting broader Asia growth. This role combines strategic media buying, audience targeting and conversion optimization to maximize ROI across paid channels.

- **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Develop and execute multi-platform paid media strategies for Google Search, Shopping Display, Meta, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, LinkedIn, YouTube across Asia.
- Localize strategies for Malaysia, Philippines, and Vietnam, adapting to regional trends and consumer behavior.
- **Budget Management & Optimization**
- Manage and allocate six-figure USD monthly budgets, ensuring efficient spend across platforms to meet ROAS and CAC targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through bid adjustments, audience refinement and platform testing.
- **Platform Mastery & Technical Execution**
- Leverage advanced tools: Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns.
- Implement tracking setups (GA4, GTM, Conversion API) and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Optimize landing pages and post-click experiences through A/B testing and UX best practices.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Track and analyze KPIs (CPC, CAC, CPO, ROAS, CTR), translating data into actionable insights.
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to stakeholders with clear recommendations.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and pivot tables to uncover growth opportunities.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-converting ad assets (video, static, carousel).
- Align with SEO, organic social, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
- Manage regional agency partners (if applicable) to ensure brand consistency and local market expertise.
- **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM/paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) with e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Certified in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or TikTok Ads (preferred).
- Analytical prowess - expert in Google Analytics, Looker Studio and pivot tables.
- Platform mastery - can navigate Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Business Suite blindfolded.
- Local market knowledge - understanding of consumer behavior in Malaysia/SEA.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, Tagalog, or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Passion for sports marketing (pickleball knowledge is a bonus!)
