- **Job Summary**
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in eCommerce platforms, particularly SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable eCommerce solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with SAP Hybris development teams to design and implement eCommerce solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and existing system capabilities.
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze and improve eCommerce business processes and customer journeys.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect triaging, and sign-off activities.
- Monitor production issues and participate in root cause analysis and resolution.
- Maintain business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), process flows, and user stories.

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in eCommerce projects.
