  • As Rituals, our Digital Trading team is dedicated to creating an exceptional online shopping experience across our website and app. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Merchandiser with a commercial, data-driven mindset who blends strategic category management with hands-on digital merchandising to protect and grow commercial performance. You take ownership, love diving into the details, know everything about best-in-class merchandising, and move fast from data to action – always exploring new growth opportunities.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • In this role, you will:
  • Own and execute a digital category strategy and define and report on KPIs.
  • Drive commercial performance by turning KPI insights into fast trading/merchandising actions.
  • Develop the merchandising strategy across key levers: sorting, ranking, search, recommendations, upsell, cross-sell and bundles.
  • Make OOS-aware trading decisions to protect conversion and avoid customer dead ends when products go out of stock.
  • Elevate the PDP strategy: content priorities, consistency and commercial storytelling
  • Drive continuous optimization: turn data, customer insights and trends into A/B-tested improvements using CRO and merchandising tools.
  • Own peak trading preparation and daily trading optimisation during the most important commercial periods of the year.
  • Coordinate and/or lead commercial initiatives that drive business growth by defining clear business cases and requirements, and coordinating delivery with key stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Content, Supply, Innoavation and Tech teams to ensure execution quality, alignment and timely delivery.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising / digital trading / digital category management in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with ownership of onsite performance outcomes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with merchandising tooling (e.g. Algolia or comparable), and confident working with data daily (e.g. GA4, Power BI or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Commercial, detail-oriented mindset with a drive to spot growth opportunities, thrive during high peak commercial moments, and challenge the way things are done.
