  • About Brew Watches
  • Brew Watches is an independent American watch company inspired by coffee culture, industrial design, and the appreciation of time. Since 2015, we've built a passionate global community around thoughtfully designed watches, distinctive product launches, and memorable customer experiences.
  • As Brew enters its next stage of growth, we're looking for an E-Commerce & Growth Manager to help scale our direct-to-consumer business and turn growing brand awareness into measurable, profitable growth.
  • The Role
  • The E-Commerce & Growth Manager will own the performance and optimization of Brew's digital commerce business.
  • This is not simply a website management position. We're looking for someone who is highly analytical, commercially driven, and constantly thinking about how to improve conversion, customer retention, average order value, and overall DTC revenue.
  • You'll work closely with the Founder/CEO, Brand Marketing Manager, creative partners, and external agencies to ensure that Brew's marketing efforts translate into strong commercial results.
  • The ideal candidate understands both brand and performance. You know how to grow revenue without relying on excessive discounting or sacrificing the long-term value of a premium brand.
  • E-Commerce & Conversion
  • Own the performance of Brew's Shopify storefront and overall digital customer journey.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rate, average order value, revenue per visitor, and other key e-commerce metrics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve product pages, navigation, merchandising, checkout, and mobile experience.
  • Develop and execute CRO initiatives and testing.
  • Optimize the online experience around major product launches and high-traffic periods.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, accessories, gifting, and repeat purchases.
  • Growth & Revenue
  • Help develop and execute strategies to grow profitable DTC revenue.
  • Analyze customer acquisition, retention, and purchasing behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work with paid media partners to evaluate campaign performance, CAC, ROAS, MER, and overall efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities across paid, organic, direct, referral, and returning-customer channels.
  • Build reporting that clearly explains what's driving growth and where opportunities exist.
  • CRM & Retention
  • Help lead Brew's email and SMS growth strategy through Klaviyo.
  • Improve customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and automated flows.
  • Develop strategies to increase repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Build stronger post-purchase journeys that turn first-time Brew customers into long-term collectors.
  • Identify opportunities to activate VIPs and Brew's existing customer community.
  • Product Launches
  • Partner closely with the Brand Marketing Manager on major product launches.
  • Develop the digital merchandising and conversion strategy for each launch.
  • Build and optimize landing pages and product experiences.
  • Analyze launch performance and sell-through in real time.
  • Provide post-launch reporting and recommendations for future releases.
  • Analytics & Forecasting
  • Maintain a clear view of Brew's core growth and e-commerce KPIs.
  • Turn Shopify, Klaviyo, advertising, and customer data into actionable recommendations.
  • Establish regular reporting around revenue, conversion, AOV, retention, acquisition, and product performance.
  • Partner with operations and leadership on demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Identify problems and opportunities proactively rather than waiting for direction.
  • What We're Looking For
  • 5-7+ years of experience in e-commerce, DTC growth, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with Shopify and direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • Proven experience growing meaningful e-commerce revenue.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, merchandising, retention, and customer acquisition.

Experience with klaviyo or similar crm platforms

  • Comfortable analyzing data and translating it into clear business decisions.
  • Experience working with paid media agencies or performance marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of premium consumer brands and the importance of protecting brand equity.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong commercial instincts and genuine curiosity about why customers buy.
  • Experience in watches, luxury goods, fashion, accessories, design, or enthusiast-driven consumer brands is a plus, but not required.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Within your 1st year, you will:
  • Establish clear reporting and ownership of Brew's e-commerce performance.
  • Improve website conversion and overall digital merchandising.
  • Increase revenue generated from Brew's existing traffic and customer base.
  • Strengthen retention and repeat purchasing.
  • Improve the commercial performance of major product launches.
  • Develop a structured testing and optimization process.
  • Build a clearer understanding of customer acquisition and marketing efficiency.
  • Identify new opportunities to scale Brew's DTC business profitably.
  • Who You'll Work With
  • You'll work directly with Brew's Founder & CEO and alongside our Brand Marketing Manager, operations team, creative partners, and external agencies.
  • The Brand Marketing Manager will focus on how Brew goes to market - campaigns, storytelling, launches, partnerships, and brand execution.
  • You'll focus on how that attention becomes measurable business growth - e-commerce, conversion, retention, customer value, and revenue.
  • Together, these roles will help build the marketing engine for Brew's next stage of growth.
  • Why Brew
  • Brew is an independent company with a strong point of view, an engaged global community, and significant opportunities ahead.
  • You'll join at a stage where your work can have a direct and visible impact on the growth of the company. This is an opportunity for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and the ability to help build the systems behind a growing American consumer brand.
