  • We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Ecommerce & Digital Manager to lead the continued growth of our global digital business. This role is responsible for defining and executing the ecommerce and digital strategy across all markets, with end-to-end ownership of commercial performance, customer acquisition, retention and the online customer experience.
  • You will partner closely with Design, Production, Marketing and Finance to shape Christopher Esber's digital flagship, delivering sustainable growth while ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the brand's positioning.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **Digital Commerce Strategy**
  • Lead the commercial strategy for Christopher Esber's global direct-to-consumer business, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
  • Develop seasonal and annual ecommerce growth plans aligned to broader business objectives and international expansion.
  • Identify new opportunities across markets, channels and customer segments to accelerate digital growth.
  • Own the ecommerce commercial roadmap, balancing brand objectives with commercial outcomes.
  • **Ecommerce Performance & Optimisation**
  • Maximise online performance through continual optimisation of conversion, average order value, customer lifetime value and margin.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, product performance and trading trends to identify opportunities that improve commercial performance.
  • Build and maintain a rolling optimisation roadmap across merchandising, product discovery, search, navigation and checkout.
  • Lead experimentation across the ecommerce experience, implementing testing initiatives that improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Continuously review competitor activity, market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • **Digital Marketing & Customer Growth**
  • Define and execute the global digital marketing strategy across paid media, CRM, SEO and customer acquisition channels.
  • Manage external agency partners to maximise performance, efficiency and return on investment.
  • Own digital marketing budgets, forecasting investment across channels to deliver profitable growth.
  • Drive customer retention and loyalty through lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy and personalised customer journeys.
  • Continuously optimise marketing performance through analysis of customer acquisition cost, return on advertising spend and lifetime value.
  • **Digital Experience**
  • Shape the online customer experience across all regional websites, ensuring every interaction reflects Christopher Esber's luxury positioning while supporting commercial objectives.
  • Lead the evolution of the digital flagship through improvements to user experience, site functionality, personalisation and content presentation.
  • Partner with developers and technology partners to prioritise new capabilities and platform enhancements.
  • Oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing for all site developments and releases.
  • **Campaigns & Product Launches**
  • Lead the digital execution of seasonal collections, product launches, editorial campaigns and promotional activity across all markets.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Creative teams to translate campaign narratives into engaging digital experiences.
  • Partner with Production and Logistics to align inventory, product priorities and launch strategies.
  • Ensure flawless execution across ecommerce, CRM and digital marketing channels.
  • **Commercial Insights & Planning**
  • Deliver regular reporting on ecommerce, digital marketing and customer performance, translating data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, trading projections and budget reforecasts to support business planning.
  • Monitor key commercial and marketing KPIs, proactively identifying risks, opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • **Leadership & Collaboration**
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Ecommerce team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, technology partners and platform providers to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Champion innovation, encouraging new ideas, technologies and ways of working that strengthen Christopher Esber's digital business.
  • **About You**
  • 6+ years' experience leading ecommerce and digital performance within luxury fashion, premium retail or a high-growth consumer brand.
  • Proven success growing ecommerce revenue while improving profitability and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience developing ecommerce growth strategies and digital marketing programmes.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify Plus, GA4, CRM platforms, paid media, SEO and ecommerce analytics.
  • Experience managing external agency partners and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into commercial action.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
