  • operates across both D2C (ecommerce and events/conventions) as well as B2B (wholesale and licencing). We are a fast-growing company run by an ambitious small team. We are looking for a proactive and motivated Senior Ecommerce and Product Executive to help us continue growing our ecommerce business.
  • **Overall purpose of job**
  • The Senior Ecommerce and Product Executive will be responsible for executing our ecommerce strategy across our Shopify website and additional marketplaces (such as Amazon), in addition to operationally facilitating the delivery of both new product ranges that we create and those that we purchase wholesale. This role combines the creativity of working with our comic content with strong organisational skills and strategic thinking.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • **Ecommerce platform**
  • Track and report on ecommerce costs and KPIs, including traffic, AOV, CVR and LTV, to ensure performance meets budget targets and strategy goals.
  • Manage our ecommerce platform, including store theme and product listings.
  • Work with the team to implement platform improvements, taking advantage of updates and new functionality.
  • Operationally facilitate seasonal and promotional campaigns led by the Marketing team.
  • Actively identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in line with our brand and strategy.
  • **Products and merchandise**
  • Maintain a keen eye on costs and margins to guarantee commercial viability of all products we stock and create.
  • Own the product launch calendar and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Manage supplier relationships and product buying for all non-Phoenix lines stocked on our Shopify store and marketplaces.
  • Manage manufacturer relationships and product creation from start-to-finish for Phoenix-created merchandise.
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing potential product and merchandise opportunities.
  • **Warehouse and OMS**
  • Responsible for our order management system.
  • Manage relationship with our warehouse and responsible for inventory management.
  • **Customer Experience**
  • Responsible for Shopify customer experience, always working to optimise the

Ui & ux

  • Manage all customer services relating to orders and providing exceptional customer care.
  • **Skills**
  • **Essential:**
  • 3+ years’ ecommerce experience.
  • Strong Shopify experience.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising, and product creation.
  • Experience managing external partners
  • **Desirable**

Experience managing marketplaces such as amazon

Experience using ecommerce management platforms

Experience managing ecommerce warehousing

Experience working with children and family brands

  • **Must Be**
  • Exceptionally organised with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple work streams and competing priorities.
  • Able to work in a small team and be responsible for jobs of various levels, including administrative and co-ordination tasks.
