- We are looking for a results-driven SEO professional with strong ecommerce experience, proven case studies, and a clear understanding of current SEO practices, including GEO, AEO, technical SEO, semantic SEO, structured data, topical authority, and AI search visibility.
- This position is suitable for someone who has successfully ranked ecommerce websites, improved organic traffic, increased product and category page visibility, and led SEO execution with measurable results.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead SEO strategy and execution for ecommerce websites
- Improve rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility for product, category, and collection pages
- Apply current SEO techniques across technical, content, on-page, and AI-driven search platforms
- Develop GEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility across LLMs and AI search results
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content audits, and technical SEO audits
- Implement schema markup, internal linking, site architecture, and crawlability improvements
- Build topical authority through structured content planning and optimization
- Track rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance
- Prepare clear reports with insights, actions, and growth opportunities
- Lead, guide, and review the work of SEO team members
- Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory prior experience in ecommerce SEO
- Proven case studies showing ranking growth, traffic improvement, and measurable SEO results
- Experience leading an SEO team or managing SEO execution independently
- Strong understanding of modern SEO techniques, including semantic SEO, entity-based SEO, schema, topical authority, and AI search optimization
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools
- Ability to optimize ecommerce websites for both visibility and conversions
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Portfolio or case studies from ecommerce SEO projects
- Experience managing content teams, developers, or junior SEO executives
- Understanding of ecommerce CRO and product-page optimization
