- OKTOBER is hiring a Dutch speaking Senior Retention Manager to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.
- **What you'll do:**
- Own results and relationships for 4–5 high-value Shopify brands (5M+/year), handling the most complex strategic challenges
- Develop advanced retention strategies and playbooks — writing your own copy and directing creative to make it bang
- Mentor specialists on the team, contribute to process improvements, and represent OKTOBER in complex client negotiations
- **What we're looking for (non negotiable):**
- 4+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience with agency or 8-figure+ brand background
- Expert-level retention strategy and full-funnel thinking — not just email metrics
- A proven relationship builder who operates with strong business acumen and can mentor those around them
