• **WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU**
• You will be a part of the European eCommerce Team based in Application Service Management department. You will accompany and guide the corresponding expansion of the Commercetools, Salesforce Commercecloud and Service Platforms and their integration towards the Backend Applications as e.g.

• Exciting eCommerce tasks and projects in the B2C and B2B areas await you.
• **Business Process Design:**
• You analyze existing and develop new business processes together with the business partner based on Customer Journeys in in B2B und B2C Shops.
• You understand both deep technical details and their business impact is essential for success in this role.
• **Release & Change Management:**
• You lead and support the implementation of changes in the eCommerce systems and coordinate across teams as e.g. developers and Business Stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
• You oversee release planning and deployments, defining appropriate release windows (e.g., low-traffic vs. peak periods) to minimize risk and business impact.
• You maintain architecture and process documentation.
• **Project Implementation:**
• You act as a project lead, controlling the implementation of eCommerce projects in collaboration with internal and external consultants across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• You define project scope, ensuring clear objectives, requirements, and deliverables are agreed and aligned with stakeholders.
• You estimate budget and resources, supporting effective planning and ensuring realistic project execution.
• **OUR EXPECTATIONS**
• You have a degree from a higher business school, technical college or university in the field of business, business informatics or computer science or equivalent training with appropriate professional experience.
• You have very good knowledge in commercetools web, good interface knowledge of SAP S4HANA, Salesforce CRM and CMS including relevant security necessities.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT consulting for eCommerce and ideally also experience in Project Management.
• Your English is fluent - must have.
• You have communication skills, service and team-oriented thinking as well as a can do attitude. The foundation should be pragmatic thinking and a live your best mindset.
• You demonstrate proactivity, result orientation and a high commitment as your key values.
