- **About the Role**
- We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager with strong experience across marketplace and quick commerce platforms. The role requires hands-on expertise in campaign setup, execution, analytics, and client management, with a sharp focus on driving business growth through data-led insights.
- **Responsibilities**
- Own end-to-end management of e-commerce campaigns across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, and quick commerce platforms.
- Generate actionable campaign and business insights by deep-diving into digital, sales, and customer data.
- Track and analyses key metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, visibility, share of voice, and sales uplift.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and review presentations for clients.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, reviews, and expectation setting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, category, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing, keyword optimisation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Stay updated with platform innovations, beta features, and industry best practices.
- **Qualifications**
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in E-commerce / Marketplace / Quick Commerce marketing.
- **Required Skills**
- Proven hands-on experience in setting up and managing campaigns on:
- Amazon Marketing Services
- Flipkart Ads
- Quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience working on reporting tools, dashboards, and Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, funnel performance, and attribution.
