- **About The QuickZip Sheet Co.**
- QuickZip is redefining how people experience bedding. Our signature products—including the innovative two-piece fitted sheet system, crib sheets, and duvet covers—make changing the bed faster and easier and enhancing comfort. We are a growing direct-to-consumer brand with significant opportunity to scale through an exceptional digital customer experience, stronger merchandising, and continuous website optimization.
- **The Opportunity**
- We are looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, eCommerce to serve as the business owner of QuickZip.com and grow the revenue generated through our website.
- You will be responsible for the performance of our website, and the overall digital customer experience. You will identify opportunities, evaluate priorities, personally implement many of the highest-impact improvements in Shopify, and measure whether those changes produce results.
- This is a hands-on role. You should enjoy working directly in Shopify, improving product presentation, launching merchandising initiatives, and resolving customer friction quickly. You will personally handle routine website and merchandising changes while partnering with our developer on custom design, theme development, integrations, and more complex technical work.
- You will work closely with Performance Marketing, Email, Development, Customer Experience, and Fulfillment to create a seamless customer journey from first click through purchase and repeat purchase.
- We are looking for someone who believes that every page, product presentation, and customer interaction is an opportunity to improve the buying experience. If you are energized by finding improvements that compound into meaningful revenue growth—and are equally comfortable developing the strategy and executing the work—we would love to meet you.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Website Performance and Optimization**
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase online revenue through stronger product education, merchandising, bundling, cross-selling, navigation, website technical health (page speed, etc) and conversion optimization.
- Establish KPIs and track performance, with particular attention to mobile sessions.
- Distinguish website-performance changes from those driven by traffic volume and mix, promotions, inventory, pricing, and seasonality.
- Apply a disciplined approach to optimization that combines formal testing with well-supported direct improvements.
- **Hands-On Shopify Execution**
- Personally implement routine Shopify updates.
- Launch promotional and merchandising initiatives.
- Make rapid, thoughtful improvements to layouts, messaging, visual hierarchy, and customer flow and track impact.
- Create simple website graphics and content assets using existing brand media and tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Air, ImagineIO, or similar platforms.
- Develop clear requirements for changes requiring custom design, theme development, integrations, or more complex technical implementation.
- Identify technical and customer-experience issues, and address or coordinate resolution with the appropriate internal or external partner.
- Establish and maintain reliable QA processes
- Maintain clear documentation of significant website changes, launch dates, expected outcomes, and results.
- **Cross-Functional Leadership and Decision-Making**
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing to improve the conversion and revenue generated from incoming traffic.
- Work with our developer to prioritize and implement high-impact website improvements.
- Partner with Email and Customer Experience to ensure website messaging reflects customer needs and supports a consistent experience across channels.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience and Fulfillment to ensure promotions, product launches, merchandising changes, and website updates are operationally sound and clearly communicated.
- Anticipate downstream effects on inventory, fulfillment, shipping, pricing, and customer communications before changes are launched.
- **Experience and Qualifications**
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in eCommerce, DTC, digital merchandising, website optimization, or digital growth roles, with a track record of increasing online revenue.
- Experience helping scale a consumer brand, ideally from approximately $5 million to $20 million or more in annual revenue.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify and platforms such as Klaviyo, Triple Whale, ShipStation, Zendesk, or comparable tools.
- Demonstrated success improving conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, merchandising effectiveness, or customer experience.
- Strong understanding of the mobile eCommerce customer journey and the factors that influence conversion.
- Experience in bedding, home goods, furniture, or other consumer products is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of graphic design and UX.
- Proven ability to operate in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **To Apply**
- Please submit your resume along with examples of specific website or merchandising improvements you personally implemented that increased online revenue.
- **Application deadline:**
- Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and are expected to remain open through August 5, 2026.
- However, the application period is subject to potential extensions or closure at any time without prior notice.
