- The Role:We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer & Creative Strategist to take ownership of our paid acquisition channels (Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, AppLovin) and drive our ad creative strategy.
- We recently integrated Adnova for bulk ad uploading, which means this role is not about manual button-pushing. We need a high-level strategic thinker who can analyze data, build scaling strategies, and act as the creative director for our ads. You will work closely with our CMO (Ben) and manage the creative feedback loop with our video editor and graphic design team.
What you will do
- Own Channel Strategy: Develop and execute aggressive scaling strategies for Google Ads (Shopping/PMax/Search), YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and AppLovin. You won't just monitor campaigns; you will proactively build the roadmap.
- Drive Creative Strategy: You are the bridge between data and creative. You will analyze performance in Triple Whale and Meta, identify winning hooks and fatigued concepts, and write detailed creative briefs for our video editor and graphic designer.
- Master Creative Diversity: Understand that Meta's Andromeda AI requires testing entirely new personas, emotional triggers, and problem framings—not just changing background colors. You will build concepts for our core personas (The Organized Realist, The Practical Traveler, etc.).
- Manage the Creative Feedback Loop: Provide sharp, actionable, data-backed feedback to our creative team. You must have a strong "creative eye" to know why a 3-second hook failed and how to fix it.
- Reporting & KPI Management: Build and maintain pacing calendars, performance reports, and budget trackers. Verify all math and metrics before presenting.
Who you are

- A Creative Analyst: You live in Triple Whale and Ads Manager. You understand why a 3-second retention drop kills a campaign and know how to brief an editor to fix it.
- Direct & Practical: You communicate clearly, without fluff. You focus on doing the work and delivering outputs.
Experienced
- 3+ years managing significant monthly ad budgets (Google, Meta, Pinterest) for DTC/E-commerce brands. Strong understanding of creative strategy and video ad structure.
