We are looking for google ads & meta ads expert in real estate industry based in the Netherlands, building modern technology-driven solutions for property acquisition, valuation, and lead generation.
Our marketing is heavily data-driven. We rely on automation, AI, advanced tracking, and performance marketing to generate high-quality leads at scale.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing & AI Growth Specialist who can take complete ownership of our paid acquisition ecosystem.
This is not a junior media buying role.
We are looking for someone who understands the entire marketing stack from traffic acquisition to tracking, analytics, AI automation, and conversion optimization.

Your Responsibilities
You will own and optimize our complete paid marketing ecosystem.
Performance Marketing
\* Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns.
\* Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
\* Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, CPA, and lead quality.
\* Build advanced campaign structures for long-term scalability.
\* Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Advanced Tracking & Analytics
You must have strong technical expertise in:
\* Google Tag Manager (GTM)
\* GA4
\* Meta Pixel
\* Google Ads Conversion Tracking
\* Enhanced Conversions
\* Conversion API (CAPI)
\* Server-Side Tracking
\* Event Deduplication
\* UTM Strategy
\* Consent Mode
\* Cross-domain tracking
\* Troubleshooting attribution issues
You should be capable of independently identifying and resolving complex tracking problems.
AI & Automation
Use modern AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
Examples include:
\* ChatGPT
\* Claude
\* Gemini
\* Make
\* Zapier
\* n8n
\* AI-powered creative generation
\* AI workflow automation
\* Automated reporting dashboards
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Work closely with our website and landing pages to improve:
\* Lead quality
\* Conversion rate
\* User journey
\* Landing page performance
\* Form completion rates
Data Analysis
Create reports and dashboards using:
\* GA4
\* Looker Studio
\* Google Ads
\* Meta Ads Manager
Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.

We are looking for someone with:
\* 4+ years of professional Google Ads experience
\* 4+ years of Meta Ads experience
\* Experience managing monthly advertising budgets above USD 20,000 (mention actual budgets in your application)
\* Proven success generating qualified leads
\* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\* Excellent English communication skills
\* Experience working remotely with international teams
