- As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our paid acquisition strategy across all major digital channels.
- This is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, autonomy and impact within a fast-growing ecommerce brand. This is also a crucial role for Kit & Kin’s next stage of growth, as we bring performance marketing in-house from our external agency and continue scaling customer acquisition across multiple channels and markets.
- **The Role**
- You’ll take ownership of Kit & Kin’s performance marketing activity across:
- Meta
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping & YouTube)
- TikTok
- Microsoft/Bing Ads
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment and enjoys combining strategy, creativity and hands-on optimisation.
- You’ll be responsible for scaling customer acquisition efficiently, improving overall marketing performance and helping drive the next stage of growth for the brand. Beyond platform management, we’re looking for someone who understands the importance of messaging, creative and customer psychology in driving performance.
- You’ll work closely with our internal creative, ecommerce and leadership teams and play a key role in shaping how performance marketing evolves at Kit & Kin.
- **Responsibilities**
- Own and manage paid media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and Bing.
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns with a strong focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS and customer lifetime value.
- Identify scaling opportunities and continuously optimise account structure, audiences, bidding strategies and creative performance.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing paid social concepts, hooks, messaging angles and creative testing plans.
- Provide strategic input into ad creative, landing page messaging and customer acquisition journeys.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable creative and messaging recommendations.
- Produce clear reporting, insights and recommendations across all paid channels.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging trends and new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with ecommerce and CRM teams to improve the full customer acquisition funnel and overall site conversion performance.
- **What we're looking for**
- 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing, within ecommerce or DTC brands.
- Proven hands-on experience managing significant spend across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of paid social, PPC, YouTube and TikTok advertising.
- Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets.
- Strong understanding of creative testing and performance-focused messaging.
- Ability to identify winning hooks, concepts and customer pain points that improve ad performance.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong commercial understanding of ecommerce growth and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience working within a fast-growing brand or agency environment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4 and attribution tools is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools to support creative ideation, performance analysis, workflow efficiencies or campaign optimisation is a strong advantage.

- Experience managing Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads or
Dsp
- Experience with creative testing frameworks and UGC-style advertising.
- Understanding of CRO and landing page optimisation principles.
- Experience working with subscription ecommerce businesses.
- Knowledge of feed optimisation and shopping-first campaign structures.
