  • Role Description
  • We are hiring two Senior Performance Marketing Managers who think like Growth Architects.
  • You will manage growth across both sides of our client portfolio: e-commerce brands, where the goal is revenue and ROAS, and local service businesses (dental practices, home and kitchen remodeling, and similar), where the goal is qualified leads, booked appointments, and signed jobs. Ideally, you have run accounts on both sides and can switch between them without missing a beat.
  • This role goes beyond the ads dashboard. You take full ownership of the customer journey, from first click to final conversion, across Google and Meta. We don't work in platform silos. You will diagnose friction across the entire funnel: ads, landing pages, checkout flows, quote forms, and phone calls. You will build advertising strategies, question the numbers behind them, and find growth where others see obstacles.
  • Admirise is an AI-augmented agency. We run account management, analysis, and content production through Claude AI workflows connected to our marketing stack via MCP connectors (Our AI Engineer Team helps on this). You will build and operate these workflows yourself: the AI produces reporting, content drafts, and optimization suggestions at scale, and you remain the expert at the center of the system, reviewing, deciding, and directing. We are looking for managers who multiply their output with AI, not managers who outsource their judgment to it.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • **Google Ads mastery:**
  • End-to-end management and optimization of high-budget Search, Shopping (PMax), and YouTube campaigns, plus Google Local Services Ads and geo-structured campaign builds for local clients.
  • **Meta Ads mastery:**
  • Full-funnel campaign management on Facebook and Instagram: prospecting, retargeting, Advantage+ structures, creative testing, and lead campaigns for local service clients.
  • **AI-augmented account management:**
  • Operate client accounts through Claude AI workflows. Connect ad platforms, analytics, and reporting tools via MCP connectors, build reusable skill sets for recurring tasks (audits, reporting, briefs, ad copy variations), and let the automation generate content and growth suggestions. You stay in the loop as the expert: every AI output passes through your review, and every strategic decision is yours.
  • **Local lead growth:**
  • Own the complete local acquisition system where the client requires it: Google Business Profile optimization, local landing pages, call tracking, and lead qualification. For these accounts, your success metric is cost per booked appointment and revenue per lead, not clicks.
  • **Full-funnel ownership:**
  • You won't just report "low ROAS" or "high CPL." You will diagnose whether the issue sits in the creative, the landing page, the offer, or the follow-up process, and drive the fix.
  • **Strategic CRO and analysis:**
  • Use GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify bottlenecks, then deliver concrete briefs that improve conversion and lead capture rates.
  • **Data-driven storytelling:**
  • Translate campaign metrics into business decisions. You act as a strategic consultant to clients, aligning marketing work with their revenue goals.
  • **Collaborative leadership:**
  • Brief our creative and development teams with data so the performance-funneling methodology is executed as designed.
  • Qualifications
  • **Experience:**
  • 5+ years in a digital performance agency with a proven record of scaling both e-commerce accounts and local service businesses. If your background leans heavily to one side, show us measurable results there and the ability to adapt: ROAS and revenue growth for e-commerce, cost per qualified lead, and booking rates for local.
  • **Platform expertise (required):**
  • Hands-on mastery of both Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is a dual-platform role; deep experience in only one of the two is not enough.
  • **Platform expertise (plus):**
  • TikTok Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) experience is a strong advantage.
  • **AI workflow competence:**
  • Working knowledge of Claude AI in a professional setting: connecting data sources through MCP connectors, creating and maintaining skill sets or prompt frameworks, and running AI automation for reporting, content, and optimization suggestions. Just as important: the judgment to know when the AI is wrong. You are the central expert; the AI is your leverage, not your replacement.
  • **Analytical power:**
  • Exceptional data analysis skills and the confidence to make high-stakes decisions from KPIs.

  • Hands-on expertise in GA4, GTM, and keyword research platforms. Familiarity with Google Business Profile, call tracking tools, and lead CRMs is a strong plus.
