- **Elementor Pro and Shopify.**
- **The role**
- Build client websites end to end from Figma. Take a design file and turn it into a fast, pixel-accurate, responsive site that holds up under real traffic. Some projects are WordPress and Elementor Pro. Others are Shopify. You will move between both, own your builds through to launch, and stay across performance, tracking and ongoing optimisation after go-live.
- **What is required**
- Years building client websites professionally
- Advanced Elementor Pro. Custom CSS, global styles, templates, dynamic content, ACF
- Shopify theme development in Liquid, including section and template work
- Pixel-accurate Figma to build translation, correct across every breakpoint
- Core Web Vitals and page speed work you can evidence with before and after scores
- GTM, GA4 event tracking, forms and conversion setup
- Clean process: staging environments, redirects, QA across browsers and devices
- Written English strong enough to work independently inside ClickUp and read a design brief without hand-holding

- Your portfolio is stock templates with the colours changed
- Your work is mostly theme installs and plugin configuration
- Your sites break on mobile or score poorly on Lighthouse
- You have never built from a Figma file
- You need step-by-step direction on every task

- Full-time employee, 40 hours a week
- Working hours 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Manila time, which is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Brisbane time. Salt runs on AEST
