- **About the Role**
- The SEO Manager role is responsible for building and operating a structured organic growth function focused on the US market.
- This position owns:
- SEO strategy development
- Technical SEO direction
- Content-driven organic growth systems

- The SEO Manager is expected to build reliable processes, identify growth opportunities, diagnose ranking and traffic issues, and ensure execution quality across all SEO initiatives.
- **Experience & Core Requirements**
- 6–8+ years of experience in SEO
- 3-4 years managing SEO campaigns targeting the US market
- Proven experience driving measurable organic growth for competitive industries
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and authority-building strategies
- Practical experience using AI tools, LLMs, and automation systems to improve SEO research, content workflows, and analysis efficiency.
- Exposure to building or using AI-assisted workflows i.e. prompt frameworks, AI research assistants, content generation pipelines, or automation agents.
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring SEO teams

- You will be responsible for designing and executing SEO strategies that produce measurable organic growth.

- Content initiatives should focus on capturing qualified search demand and supporting lead generation goals.
- **Off-Page SEO & Authority Development**
- You will guide authority-building strategies across client projects.
Responsibilities include
- Designing ethical and scalable link acquisition strategies
- Evaluating backlink profiles and identifying risk factors
- Managing outreach strategies and digital PR initiatives
- Monitoring competitor authority growth and backlink trends
- All link-building initiatives must follow search engine guidelines and long-term sustainability principles.
- **Analytics, Reporting & Diagnostics**

- You will be responsible for:

- Familiarity with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent AI systems for research, automation, and SEO workflow support.
