- **What you'll own**
- Lead SEO delivery across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, start to finish
- Drive the technical, on-page, content and authority work behind the strategy
- Front the client relationship day to day and explain performance like you mean it
- Use AI and automation to take the grunt work out of execution
- Bring on the SEO specialists and coordinators coming up behind you
- Hold the line on QA, documentation and reporting standards
- **What good looks like**
- You've delivered hands-on SEO across technical, on-page, content and authority, agency-side
- You've handled enterprise or eCommerce and fashion accounts and held the room on performance
- You know GSC, GA4 and the modern stack well enough to diagnose fast
- You're genuinely interested in where AI and GEO are taking search, not hiding from it
- You want autonomy, and you can carry the accountability that comes with it
