  • **About the Job**
  • We are seeking an SEO Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is full-time in-house and in office Monday-Friday. In this role, This role focuses on planning, organizing, and managing the execution of SEO work across multiple teams to ensure projects are completed on time and at a high level of quality.
  • You'll work closely with SEO Strategists, specialists, content teams, and Client Success to coordinate projects, balance workloads, remove roadblocks, and improve the systems that keep our department moving.

  • **Responsibilities:**
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of SEO projects from intake through completion.
  • Prioritize incoming work and ensure projects are clearly scoped before production begins.
  • Assign work across SEO teams based on capacity, priorities, and skill sets.
  • Build and manage weekly production schedules to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and proactively resolve issues before they impact deadlines.
  • Coordinate work across SEO Strategists, specialists, content, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Improve operational processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Monitor team workload and provide visibility into project status, capacity, and production timelines.
  • Ensure internal quality assurance processes are followed throughout project execution.
  • Report on production performance, workflow trends, and operational improvements.

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects, operations, or production workflows in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and departments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Teamwork, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and solving problems.
