  • Own and execute SEO strategy aligned with business and growth goals
  • Drive organic traffic growth with a focus on high-intent, conversion-driven keywords
  • Optimize website pages and landing experiences for lead generation and conversion
  • Develop and support SEO-driven content strategies (blogs, landing pages, solution pages)
  • Improve conversion rates from organic traffic through better user flow, content, and CTAs
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on MQL and SQL quality
  • Track and analyze performance across traffic, engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution
  • Leverage tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
  • Support technical SEO improvements and overall site health
  • Continuously optimize based on performance insights and business priorities
  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • 4–6 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion funnels
  • Proven ability to drive organic traffic that converts into leads (MQLs / SQLs)
  • Experience working with SaaS, technology, or services-based businesses
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
  • Analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
  • **Preferred Background**
  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or product-led growth environments
  • Exposure to GEO / AEO / AI search optimization
