- This is a hands-on, performance-focused role requiring both strategy and execution.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across SEO, content, landing pages, and conversion optimization, with a strong focus on improving lead quality and funnel performance.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Own and execute SEO strategy aligned with business and growth goals
- Drive organic traffic growth with a focus on high-intent, conversion-driven keywords
- Optimize website pages and landing experiences for lead generation and conversion
- Develop and support SEO-driven content strategies (blogs, landing pages, solution pages)
- Improve conversion rates from organic traffic through better user flow, content, and CTAs
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on MQL and SQL quality
- Track and analyze performance across traffic, engagement, conversions, and pipeline contribution
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Support technical SEO improvements and overall site health
- Continuously optimize based on performance insights and business priorities
- **What We’re Looking For**
- 4–6 years of experience in SEO, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and conversion funnels
- Proven ability to drive organic traffic that converts into leads (MQLs / SQLs)
- Experience working with SaaS, technology, or services-based businesses
- Hands-on experience with:
- SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console)
- Analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
- **Preferred Background**
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or product-led growth environments
- Exposure to GEO / AEO / AI search optimization
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of organic + paid growth integration
