- **Role Overview**
- We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can take ownership of organic growth. This role focuses on improving search rankings, driving traffic, and supporting overall marketing performance.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimise website content, meta tags, and internal linking
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers to fix them
- Build and manage backlink strategies
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report on progress
- **Requirements**
- Proven experience in SEO (2–4+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Good understanding of technical SEO and website structure
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
