  • **The Role**
  • We're looking for an SEO Specialist who gets work done and can follow a process. You'll play a key role within the SEO team, focused on the hands on execution of technical SEO and on page optimisation across a range of client accounts.
  • You'll be responsible for keyword research, on page optimisation, technical audits and content briefs, working closely with the SEO team to put strategy into action. This is an execution focused role, suited to someone who understands the detail behind technical SEO and on page optimisation, and who has a knack for spotting opportunities that others might miss.
  • You may get involved with client-facing calls from time to time, however for the most part, the role will be focused on implementation and execution of both on-page and technical SEO opportunities.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Carry out keyword research and search trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement on page optimisation across client websites, including metadata, internal linking, content structure and technical fixes.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and work through recommendations methodically, tracking progress against agreed plans.
  • Carry out competitor analysis and website benchmarking across content, on page optimisation and off site metrics.
  • Support content briefs and optimisation recommendations across priority topics, sectors and audiences.
  • Monitor organic performance, keyword rankings and search visibility, using data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and SEMrush to inform recommendations and reporting.
  • Follow established workflows and processes to ensure SEO activity is delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Work autonomously on day to day execution, escalating issues or opportunities where needed.

  • You're just as comfortable working through a technical audit as you are optimising on page content or digging into keyword data.
  • 3+ years' experience in SEO, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, technical SEO and on page optimisation.
  • Proficiency across SEO tools, including Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and/or SEMrush.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • A knack for identifying SEO opportunities, from quick wins to longer term structural fixes.
  • An analytical mindset, with confidence interpreting performance data and turning it into action.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow a process without cutting corners.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload across multiple projects.
  • A genuine interest in search, technical SEO and how websites work under the hood.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation.
