• Optimising is seeking the best and the brightest SEO Specialist to join our Search team in our Melbourne office (Currently on a 3/2 office/WFH roster)
• **The Job: SEO Specialist**
• As part of our talented team, you will:
• Be the first point of contact for our clients and be able to manage those relationships successfully.
• Manage all aspects of SEO projects, including kickoff, requirements analysis, development, testing and launch.
• Manage the ongoing requirements of the SEO Campaign, including link building, competitor analysis, outreach, and copywriting.
• Be skilled at compiling reporting, analytics and data analysis for clients.
• Stay up to date on all industry news.

• You have previous experience working for digital clients or as part of an organisation.
• You also have hands-on exposure to UX and design principles, as well as experience working with eCommerce platforms - i.e. Shopify.
• You have provided mentorship and leadership within a team environment
• You have implemented technical SEO solutions and have worked hands-on with web development teams
• You actively participate and have a keen interest in sharing industry knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional creative and branding solutions for our clients.
• The ability to establish and develop client relationships at all levels and manage expectations.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong presentation skills.
• You have a genuine interest in generating and contributing ideas.
• High attention to detail and proven time management skills.
• Keen to learn new skills to further develop within the role.

• Willingness to learn and work with new technology systems.
• You stay curious about emerging technologies, with a growing interest in how AI tools can improve creative and strategic workflows.

• At least 2 year of hands-on SEO experience
• Previous experience working with web analytics & paid search tools & systems
• Applied understanding and knowledge of web development, including eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, etc
• Proficient in the usual software tools (i.e. Google Suite, Google Analytics, Ahrefs...)
• You’ve started experimenting with AI tools and are interested in how they can improve your SEO/GEO and marketing work.
