- **About the Role**
- Caden Lane is one of the fastest-growing baby and children's brands in the country. Founder-led, community-driven, and obsessed with the details that make moms actually love a brand.
- We're looking for a sharp, curious, ecommerce-minded merchandiser to help us own the digital experience end-to-end. This isn't a "maintain the status quo" role, it's for someone who notices when a collection page isn't flowing right, wants to know why a product isn't converting, and has ideas about how to fix it. You'll get real ownership early, work across merchandising, analytics, and conversion strategy, and sit at the intersection of data and creativity in a brand that actually moves fast.
- If you're early in your ecommerce career and want a front-row seat to how a high-growth DTC brand operates… this is it.
- **What You'll Do**
- *Site & Product Merchandising*
- Manage product setup, categorization, tagging, swatches, and filters across our website and app
- Support launch readiness for all product drops — including QA of PDPs, sequencing, and collection builds
- Maintain the merchandising calendar aligned to product launches, seasonal themes, and brand campaigns
- Optimize site navigation, taxonomy, and collection strategy to support discovery and conversion
- Partner with design, marketing, creative, and planning to make sure the right product is in the right place with the right message
- *Data & Performance*
- Track and report on merchandising KPIs across landing pages, SKUs, size, color, and style
- Help build and maintain dashboards that surface topline trends and actionable insights
- Support A/B tests and conversion experiments across page layout, product arrangement, and CTAs
- Monitor heatmaps, click paths, session recordings, and funnel data to identify friction points
- Manage site search and filtering logic to improve discoverability and ease of shopping
- *Conversion & AOV*
- Support personalized merchandising strategies by customer segment
- Assist with product recommendation placements, cross-sells, and in-cart upsells
- Bring sharp execution to special drops, influencer collabs, and limited-edition collections that build urgency
- **What We're Looking For**
- 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or digital marketing (internships count)
- Comfortable in Shopify or willing to learn it fast
- Analytical mindset — you like digging into data and know how to turn it into a recommendation
- Strong attention to detail and great at managing multiple deadlines
- A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs fixing
- Bonus if you've worked in baby, kids, or apparel — and if you get the Caden Lane customer
- **Why Caden Lane**
- We're a founder-led brand that's growing fast and building something real. You'll have real ownership from day one, a talented and collaborative team, and direct visibility to leadership. We move quickly, invest in our people, and genuinely love what we make.
